NORTH-WEST AFRICAN PROVINCE JESUIT FATHERS AND BROTHERS
- Conducting retreats/workshops for would-be Jesuits (Fifteen persons) -Visitation by traveling to different part of the country to asses and report conditions and lifestyle of candidates to the Society of Jesus. (Nine states in all) - Adviser to the Building and development committee of Loyola Jesuit Memorial College. Member of the admission committee of the society of Jesus seven Member Panel) Last meeting 28th May 2007 -Organized and implemented Finance seminar and Workshop for Jesuit regents. Ambassador extraordinary to the. North-West African Province-Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, the Gambia and Liberia.

JESUIT REFUGEE SERVICE SUEHN MECCA DISTRICT OF BOMI COUNTY LIBERIA This project has a workforce of over sixty-eight skilled laborers = carpenters, painters masons, wielders plumbers, International staff and hundred of volunteers.

Jesuit Refugee Service, Montserado District of Monrovia Liberia This project is community based, in collaboration with the students of Living Water International.
January 2004 - November 2005 PROJECT DIRECTOR
Jesuit Refugee Service - Montserado Camps, Montserado Monrovia Liberia This project is camp based, had a workforce of over hundred skilled laborers carpenters, teachers, students, pupils, bakers seamstress painters masons, wielders plumbers, International staff, thousands of direct beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of this project ranges from children, youth to adults and was localized in eight camps in Montserado. 1.Jahtondo, 2.Plumkor, 3.Ricks, 4.VOA, 5.Seigbe, 6.Blamasee, 7.New water in the Desert, 8.Wilson and Perry Camps respectively.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THE POSITION
MANAGEMENT
 Assist the Country director in the going on of the projects in order to meet objectives and budget.
 Involve local communities to pursue work under best conditions possible.
 Spend time with local teams to support them in their efforts and help resolving issues.
 Together with Country director, review the implementation plan agreed to for each project site.
 Organize logistics needs.
 Elaborate lists of all courses or material needed, assure distribution.

MONITORING
 Regularly visit the sites included in the projects.
 Monitor the evolution of the projects and report to the Country director.
 Recollect and store all information provided by participants to projects.
 Check that the tools and materials provided for the projects are properly used, stored and secured.



COORDINATION
 Work in close collaboration with all partners’ agencies UN and communities authorities.
 Make sure that activities are in accordance with overall JRS program.
 In accordance with the Country director represent JRS at meetings with authorities and agencies when required.


Reporting
 Issues all mandatory reports including financial and annual reports.
 Submit written or verbal reports as requested by Country director.
 Report to Country director about employee’s performance, problems, issues and difficulties.

EVALUATION
 Assess and identify problems or new opportunities.
 Evaluate the expected outcomes of the projects.
 Make recommendations and advices the Country director when necessary.
